Here you have the option of a 2,3,4,5 or 6-day training split, focused specifically on Strength. It’s called “Strength by Science” because inside I use many different methods, based on what science has shown to be most effective for increasing strength. 


This is the program I created for anyone looking to compete in their first ever local CrossFit comp, without ANY prior experience inside CrossFit. It’s an advanced program that has a lot of variety, in order to physically prepare someone for all aspects of the sport of CrossFit (without jumping into CrossFit classes). There is a 3 phase progression, totalling 12 weeks.
